On-Line Ordering

These additional terms and conditions apply if you plan to place an order online. Please review these provisions prior to placing your order.

• Taxes and Shipping: 
The Customer shall be responsible for the payment of applicable sales, use, and similar taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to the purchase of on-line items.
• Delivery Dates: 
Our delivery of on-line products are handled by UPS. Since their delivery may be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond their control, they cannot guaranty delivery dates, and so, La Escondida Mexican Grill is not able to guaranty delivery dates.

Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items to La Escondida for a prompt refund or exchange. Your item must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date to receive a refund or exchange.  The refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
