History

La Escondida opened it’s doors on August 31, 1999 in Stafford, Texas. Sergio Espinosa had a God inspired vision to start a restaurant where food and service would be of the highest standard. Also, customers would feel welcome and employees would be treated with respect and fairness. Sergio envisioned La Escondida as a fun place for people to work. Sergio and Eduardo Alfaro have run and operated the restaurant since the doors opened. In October of 2006, the restaurant moved to Missouri City, Texas on Highway 6. We are blessed to have this location.
